Shanxi Baolongda Forging Co., Ltd. is located in Dingxiang County Guanjiaying Industrial Park, known as the "Hometown of Forging in China". Our company relies on Dingxiang's advantaged railway transportation, Mount Wutai Airport air transportation, raw materials are directly transported back to the company by special train, and flange and forging products are transported to Tianjin Port and all over the country by special train.

The company was founded on March 24, 2010. At the beginning of its establishment, it adhered to the business policy of "service first, customer first, quality wins" and the business philosophy of "creating a Chinese brand and serving the world". After 14 years of hard work, it has developed into a large-scale private enterprise integrating industry and trade. The company now covers an area of 40000 square meters. Annual production of 20000 tons of standard flanges, long neck flanges, forged cylinders, rings, anchor flanges, and valve bodies, involving materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, duplex stainless steel, nickel based alloys, etc.

We have 20 modern sawing and cutting equipment, 10 modern forging equipment, 10 Chongqing Vaux natural gas industrial heating furnaces, 5 trolley type heat treatment resistance furnaces, a large CNC vertical lathe with a maximum processing diameter of 5000mm and a maximum workpiece length of 8000mm, 15 CNC drilling machines, 10 EDM wire cutting processing equipment, 5 boring machines, vertical milling machines, bedroom milling machines, and a total of 100 processing equipment (sets). We also have 11 forklifts for transporting products in the factory area, 10 transport vehicles in the factory area, and 16 corresponding transport trucks provided by the transportation company.

The company has four departments and one forging factory. There are currently 260 employees, including 5 senior engineers, 10 engineers, 10 management personnel, and over 235 technical workers.

The company has a physical and chemical testing center, main testing equipment such as spectral material analyzer (ICAP-7400 in the United States), universal material testing machine (100-1000) KN, inverted metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, 450J pendulum impact testing machine, Brinell hardness tester, Rockwell hardness tester, Vickers hardness tester, intergranular corrosion tester, digital ultrasonic flaw detector, magnetic particle flaw detector and more than 20 other equipment, and is actively preparing for CNAS national laboratory.
